Mitri Faravashi, Winemaker
Mitri Faravashi joined the David Bruce Winery in April, 2004. In 1998 he earned a Bachelor's degree in Bio-Chemistry at San Jose State University with an emphasis on the science of winemaking and fermentation.
After graduation, Mitri was employed at the Mirassou Winery for five years. During his first harvest he worked in the microbiology lab. Before havest was completed, he was promoted to Enologist overseeing two labs and received experience in the fermentation of the custom crush as bottling line supervisor.
