Due to the nature of wine and alcohol shipments, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
That said, if there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, flawed, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect items
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or credit, depending on the situation and product availability.
Shipping Issues
If your order is lost or arrives in unsatisfactory condition due to carrier handling, please reach out and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Temperature & Weather Considerations
Wine is sensitive to temperature during transit. While we take precautions to protect your shipment, we recommend selecting appropriate shipping options based on seasonal conditions. Temperature-related concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened bottles
- Products damaged after delivery
- Orders affected by failed delivery attempts or refusal by the recipient
